34083 POWERFUL MAGNETIC CHUCK

● Magnetic block unit is new patent designed, magnetic block unit can separate magnetic pole to reduce absorption of iron chips and torsion of operation.
● The switch has two stage including weak and strong magnetic force. The low magnetic force is easy to adjust the position of work piece. Suitable to be used for precision milling or grinding process.
● A replaceable magnetic bar is made of medium-carbon steel which accompanies with the magnetic block. Because of its multi-function, it can be used in modifying, boring and milling soon in process.
★ MBS type is suitable for the work piece which needn't change position frequently. It can be fixed on working table by a clamping plate and then begin magnetizing.
★MBS-D tyep can be operated separately with both magnents. Magnetic block can be moved to any position and the underneath-faced magnet can be fixed on working table by magnent. It is easy to move and can save time on screwing. It also can be fixed by a clamping plate in heavy cutting.
