34184 Micropitch Electro-permanent Magnetic Chuck
● PRINCIPLE: While an instantaneous DC current is applied to the electronic permanent chuck, the magnetic field is built up. The magnetic field remains until countercurrent is active.Magnetization and demagnetization could be operated by the controller in seconds.
● Suitable for grinding and light cutting stripe thin work piece. Designed for high precision operation.
● Brazing treatment face plate, ensure steady accuracy.
● Magnetic force beyond 2000 gauss.
● Average magnetic force beyond 12kgf/cm².
